Delete your Emberkite: Mini Golf account
You can delete your Emberkite: Mini Golf online account and its data at any time. You don’t need an account to play. If you never signed in, nothing is stored online.
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open Emberkite: Mini Golf and go to Friends.
- Open your Profile.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete my Mini Golf account to confirm.
Your Mini Golf data is deleted straight away and you’re signed out.
Option 2: by email
If you can’t use the app, email support@emberkite.com.au with the subject Mini Golf account deletion and your Mini Golf username. We’ll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete your Google sign-in record at the same time.
What gets deleted
- Your Mini Golf profile: username, avatar, profile photo and friend code
- Your friends list, friend requests and block list
- All your Mini Golf scores and leaderboard entries
- Challenges you sent or received, including hole challenges
- Holes you built and published, and your likes and plays on other players’ holes
What is kept
- Your Google sign-in record (Firebase Authentication), because other Emberkite games such as Brain Snap can use the same sign-in. Email us with the subject “Mini Golf sign-in deletion” to have it deleted too.
- Reports you sent about other players or holes, kept for moderation and player safety. After deletion they carry only your old account ID.
Email us and we’ll delete any of these within 30 days. Holes and settings saved only on your phone aren’t online; to remove them, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. Deleting your Mini Golf account doesn’t touch your Brain Snap account; Brain Snap has its own Delete your account page.
