Emberkite: Glide Privacy policy

Emberkite: Glide privacy policy

Effective date: 24 October 2026 · Terms of use

Emberkite: Glide (“the app”) is a one-finger arcade game made by Emberkite (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

The short version

Information stored only on your device

DataWhy
Best scoreSo you can try to beat it.
Settings: sound on/off and haptic feedback on/offTo remember your choices.
Ad pacing counters (runs since the last ad, time of the last ad, number of sessions)To keep ads infrequent: never in your first runs, at most one every few runs and well apart.

This stays on your phone and isn’t sent to us. It may be included in your device’s standard Android backup, which you and Google control. Haptic feedback uses your phone’s vibration and collects nothing.

Service providers and third parties

Glide doesn’t use Firebase, sign-in or in-app purchases.

Ads and the advertising ID

Glide shows ads from Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK): an occasional full-screen ad when you leave the game-over screen. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:

Google uses this to deliver, measure and protect ads and, only where you allow it, to personalise them. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and How Google uses cookies and identifiers in advertising.

Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland, and some US states): where the law requires it, Glide uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for your choice before any ads load. You can change it at any time in Settings (the gear on the title screen) › Ad privacy choices. If you don’t consent to personalised ads, you may still see non-personalised or limited ads.

Your advertising ID: you can reset or delete it, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings (usually Settings › Privacy › Ads or Settings › Google › Ads).

Ads aren’t aimed at children. Glide tells Google that its users are not under the age of consent and that it isn’t directed to children, and it limits ad content to a PG rating. Ads only appear when you leave a game-over screen, never during a run.

How long information is kept

Information on your device stays until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. Ad-related data is kept by Google under its own policies. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you.

Deleting your data

Glide has no account, so there’s no online account to delete. To remove everything the app stores, clear its storage (Android Settings › Apps › Emberkite: Glide › Storage › Clear storage) or uninstall it. To limit ad data, reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, or change your choice in Settings › Ad privacy choices. If you have a question or a request about data, email support@emberkite.com.au.

Children

Glide is intended for people aged 13 and over and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at support@emberkite.com.au and we’ll delete it.

Security

Data sent between the app and our service providers is encrypted in transit (TLS). Online data is protected by server-side security rules so that only you can change your own data. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep what we collect to a minimum.

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use an analytics SDK.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we’ll note it in the app’s store listing or in the app.
