Delete your Brain Snap account
You can delete your Brain Snap online account and its data at any time. You don’t need an account to play. If you never signed in, nothing is stored online.
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open Brain Snap and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete account and online data, then confirm.
Your online data is deleted straight away and you’re signed out. If the app asks you to sign in again first, that’s a security check by Google.
Option 2: by email
If you can’t use the app, email support@emberkite.com.au with the subject Brain Snap account deletion and your Brain Snap username. We’ll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your player profile: username, avatar, profile photo, country flag, level, XP and streak
- Your friend code, friends list, friend requests and block list
- All your Brain Snap scores and leaderboard entries, and your friend challenges
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication)
What is kept
- Reports you sent about other players, kept for moderation and player safety. After deletion they carry only your old account ID, which no longer exists.
- Feedback and game ideas you sent in the app, kept so we can act on them.
Emberkite: Mini Golf has its own separate account, so deleting your Brain Snap account doesn’t touch your Mini Golf profile or scores. To delete it, use Mini Golf’s own Delete account option. If you want to remove both, delete Mini Golf first, because Brain Snap’s deletion also removes the Google sign-in account the two games can share.
Email us and we’ll delete any of these within 30 days. A Brain Snap Pro purchase record is held by Google Play under Google’s own policies (so you can restore it later); we don’t store it. Stats saved only on your phone aren’t online; to remove them, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app.
